SINEOS took over the joma-tech store support in 2022. In an initial analysis, it was determined that there was considerable potential for improvement in the area of UX, as the store menu structure was not clear and targeted. Likewise, the various landing pages were not SEO optimized, important keywords were not placed in the important places such as H1, title or URL. Many of them were also unfinished.

A configurator is also currently being developed to make it easier for visitors to put together their desired product and also to provide better direct access to spare parts.
